About Ano Global Holdings
What we are
Ano Global Holdings is a strategic platform registered in Hong Kong, operating across energy, infrastructure, human development, and global partnerships.
The structure is deliberate. Ano Energy is the commercial arm, sourcing energy and mobility technology from China for African markets, with a Hong Kong entity handling sourcing and trade and Ano Energy Africa Limited handling in-market delivery. The Anosike Cares Foundation is the human development arm, working across education, leadership, entrepreneurship, sport, and cultural exchange. Global partnerships connect both.
Why it is built this way
Hong Kong is the standard vehicle for China-facing trade. Contracting, supplier payment, and cross-border settlement are straightforward there in a way they are not on the mainland. A Nigerian entity is required for customs, local contracting, and government procurement. Running both is not complexity for its own sake — it is what the work requires.
Keeping the foundation legally and operationally separate from the commercial business is equally deliberate. Institutional funders and development partners need to see that separation clearly, and buyers need to know that a commercial relationship is a commercial relationship.
What connects them is not money. It is the same question asked in two directions: what is actually preventing this from working, and who is willing to do the unglamorous part?
Where we work
Nigeria is our first market. Ano Energy has delivered there and Ano Cares launched Rucker Park Africa in Lagos. Our activity extends across West Africa, with market analysis and pilot design completed for Mali, Zambia, and Mozambique, and programming relationships across China, South Korea, and the Philippines.
